RITA RICHARDS
Rita Richards is the founder and past
president of Rita Richards Associates Inc., a full-service staffing firm
located in Paramus, NJ. She has over 20 years experience, specializing in
placing Office Support personnel in corporations and law firms. Richards is
experienced in all aspects of sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and placing administrative
personnel.
She holds a M.S. in Language Arts
and is a graduate of Boston University and William Paterson University in Wayne,
NJ. Her writing credentials include contributions to Silver Burdett Publishing,
Modern Curriculum Press, Seventeen Magazine, New Jersey Monthly, the Bergen
Record newspaper and Instructor Magazine. She has lectured at Rockland
Community College, Business Technical Institute in Paramus and the Women’s
Rights Information Center in Englewood, NJ.
